DCI has the edge on most commercial companies because of two of the other companies within the Distinctive Group of Companies, Distinctive Building Products, which allow us to prefabricate a number of products off site to meet the hectic building schedules, and Distinctive Membranes, which offer a fully guaranteed, comprehensive water proofing service whilst dealing with one company.
Our general manager is Wayne Muni who oversees the entire operation, with Andre` Pramano our Contracts Administrator, with the back up of an efficient estimating/scheduling team. The DCI team is a good blend of experience and enthusiasm, and are keen to win repeat business.

DCI has been servicing the small to medium sector of the commercial wall and ceiling industry successfully for around ten years now, and has completed a diverse range of projects from large “multi residential” projects to factory units, shopping centres, office blocks, restaurants and recently in the city, a restoration to an old building that is now a youth hostel.
